Context

Medical Center Terziiski needed a modern website for its medical-center content and ongoing blog publishing. The client provided a completed visual design from an external designer, together with a clear implementation brief: the finished site needed to be fast, accessible, and structured for strong search visibility.

Challenge

The central challenge was technical execution rather than visual design. The supplied design had to be translated into a responsive website while supporting medical content and a built-in blog without treating performance or search requirements as later additions.

Role & responsibilities

Stoyan was responsible for the technology choices, application architecture, and full implementation. The visual design and identity were supplied externally and were not part of his ownership.

  • Select the implementation technologies and define the application structure.
  • Translate the supplied design into a responsive website.
  • Implement the medical-center content and built-in blog.
  • Account for performance, accessibility, and SEO throughout implementation.

Technical approach

Gatsby.js and React.js formed the implementation foundation, with HTML and CSS used to translate the supplied layouts into the working responsive site. Technology selection and architecture were part of Stoyan’s delivery scope, alongside the implementation itself.

The blog and medical-center content were handled as core website requirements. The technical work remained focused on implementing the provided visual direction rather than redefining it.

SEO & performance

Performance, accessibility, and search visibility were explicit requirements for the project. The implementation was evaluated with Lighthouse, covering performance, accessibility, best practices, and SEO.

The figures recorded in the project evidence reflect the audit at that time; they should not be read as guaranteed current production scores.

Outcomes

  • Recorded Lighthouse scores were 80 for Performance, 93 for Accessibility, 96 for Best Practices, and 100 for SEO.

Client perspective

With the help of Stoyan, a very professional and perfectly functioning website was created, which fully meets our requirements and ideas. Stoyan fulfilled all our wishes and directions, was always available with his professional opinion, and even exceeded our expectations regarding the site.
